We are a social action platform for a global generation that wants to solve the world’s biggest challenges. On our platform you can learn about issues, take action on what matters most and join a community committed to social change. We believe we can end extreme poverty by 2030, because of the collective actions of Global Citizens across the world
At the end of 2015 global citizens have taken more than 5 million actions towards the end of extreme poverty and the fulfillment of the Global Goals for Sustainable Development by 2030. These actions have resulted in 120 commitments and announcements, including financial commitments valued at $US 19 billion. These commitments either have or are set to directly affect the lives of 476 million people.
We won’t stop calling on global citizens like you to continue taking action until we have made the end of extreme poverty by 2030 a reality. Thank you for all your efforts so far, and those of our advocacy and campaigning partners, as well as all the world leaders and other bodies who have made commitments using our platforms and in response to global citizens’ efforts.
